Location codes: SHOP · DESK · SHELF · KIT · KITCHEN · STORAGE

Each proxy note contains:

• Physical description and materials
• Current location (bin, shelf, drawer)
• Linked production or project
• Acquisition date and provenance
• Photograph (embedded via ![[filename.jpg]])
